central location high ceiling
The location felt very central. It was only minutes from the train station and close to many attractions. I enjoyed very large room with high ceilings, felt very gothic. Breakfast was good and I got hot drinks anytime, that was nice.
The floor near the room was uneven. It felt a little unsafe.

underwhelming stay
noisy room misleading pictures
the location was acceptable.
I was frustrated with my room. it was nothing like the pictures i had seen, and it didn't reflect the price i paid. the room was also noisy from the road throughout the night. Made sleeping difficult.

Excellent Stay in Historic Building
convenient location comfortable room coffee machine
I found the location very convenient it was close to the city center and train station. My room was spacious and comfortable with a large shower. I particularly appreciated the coffee machine availability throughout the day. I also enjoyed having convenient access to major attractions.
I found the doors quite noisy. The doors slammed shut easily. This created disturbances on the floor sometimes.

The reception staff was helpful they assisted with luggage and taxi arrangements. The staff offered prompt assistance with various requests. Their overall demeanor contributed positively to the hotel experience.

The building possessed a unique and interesting character with larger-than-expected spaces. An elevator was available needing assistance with upper floors. Coffee and tea were available freely throughout the day this was a nice feature.

the staff were attentive and helpful . they provided clear directions and assistance with local transportation. the hotel offered luggage storage after checkout, very convenient. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere in my room, a relaxing retreat after a busy day of sightseeing.
the elevator was small and occasionally slow.

perfect location and friendly staff

the location was great, a short walk from both the main train station and the duomo. the reception staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful information. i liked the availability of free tea, coffee, croissants, and cake throughout the day. my room included a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the fridge.
the doors are older and use a manual key, it made a bit of noise. sometimes, the doors slammed shut on their own.

the hotel offers valet parking, a great convenience since it is almost impossible to park otherwise in this area. breakfast is served in a beautiful room (i especially liked the terrace area) and the staff is very attentive.

Charming Hotel with Central Location
central location available tea special touch
The location is superb. I could reach main tourist places in about ten minutes. there was tea and coffee available around the clock which i found thoughtful. i was also impressed with the breakfast room. It added a special touch to the mornings.
the older staff occasionally seemed a bit short with guests.
